Maintenance Contracts Manager

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an enthusiastic Contracts Manager on behalf of a leading maintenance company based in Warlingham. We are seeking someone who has previous experience with looking after key accounts, with the ability to communicate at all levels and have office banter at the same time! You must be a motivated individual with a 'can do’ attitude who can work well in within a team.

Duties:

• Manage the planned and reactive maintenance of the contract
• Ensure jobs are completed to the highest level by engineers and subcontractors.
• Financial costing which is crucial when costing orders and follow up works.
• Point of contact for clients and management team
• Attending sites for inspection purposes
• Working with senior management for order reviews and meetings

To be successful you'll possess:

• Previous experience with managing contracts within Planned and Reactive Maintenance is a must
• Ideally come from a trade background
• High understanding of financial costing of jobs up to 5-10K
• Confident, polite, and well mannered
• IT literate
• Educated to GCSE level with C’s and above.
• Must live locally to Coulsdon.
