Are you a passionate communicator with a strong background in events and experiential marketing? As Client Relationship Manager you will be joining a dynamic and experienced team and will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing client relationships across an exciting and broad portfolio. Are you looking for a role offering 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday and based on site?

You will build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction at every stage. You'll work closely with Project Managers and the wider team to ensure projects are delivered with excellence, while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients
  • Oversee Project Managers' client interactions to ensure consistent, high-quality communication
  • Understand client goals and objectives to offer tailored, strategic solutions
  • Act as a key point of contact, providing regular updates and managing expectations
  • Handle feedback and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Proactively identify challenges and provide smart, timely solutions
  • Support business development through social media, newsletters, and website updates
  • Drive innovation and brand solutions that organically promote growth
  • Track account performance and ensure clients receive consistent value
  • Monitor client projects closely and provide strategic oversight
  • Work hand-in-hand with Project Managers to exceed client expectations
  • Monitor incoming leads via the Managing Director's inbox and direct them appropriately

About you

We're looking for a client-focused professional, who can confidently represent the brand and turn relationships into long-term partnerships.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the events industry (live events, experiential, exhibitions, festivals)
  • Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and in-person
  • Strong organisational skills and a self-motivated, proactive attitude
  • A solid understanding of the industry landscape - including clients, suppliers, and competitors
  • Proficiency with Instagram, LinkedIn, Squarespace, and Mailchimp
  • The ability to create and format engaging digital content
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
