Plumbing & Heating Engineer
Location: Warlingham
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 per year, DoE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week. Weekend & OOH work is available.
Job type: Full time, permanent
A van, fuel card, paid parking apps etc. is all provided.
One of our well-established clients are looking to recruit for an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join their ever-expanding team. The work is within the commercial industry, working on offices, shops and high-end residential properties covering parts of London, Kent and Surrey.
Responsibilities of the Plumbing & Heating Engineer:
Toilet/Tap/Shower - repairs/installation
Radiator installation and repair
Heating controls installation
Installation of all pipework and regulations
Boiler/Tank/Cylinder Installations
Boiler/Cylinder/Tank Repairs
Servicing & Repairs
Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
Pump and Valve installation
System configuration knowledge
Underfloor heating diagnostics
Bathroom Installation
Requirements of the Plumbing & Heating Engineer:
You must be Gas Safe Registered
You must have a full clean U.K driving license
You must have at least 5 Years' Experience
You must have the unvented water certificate
You must have your own basic tools
Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
If you have Commercial Gas/Heating or Plumbing experience that will be a bonus
