We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO or Assistant Headteacher with SENCO experience to join our team. This role involves working across two sites in Smallfield and in Caterham. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Annual Reviews and leading intervention teams, offering a unique opportunity to impact our educational environment positively.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct Annual Reviews to assess and plan for the educational needs of students.
  • Lead and manage intervention teams to support students’ educational and developmental needs effectively.
  • Coordinate activities and strategies across two sites.
  • Collaborate with other educational professionals to implement effective strategies and interventions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a SENCO or Assistant Headteacher with SENCO responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple sites.
  • Ideally, a driver to facilitate travel between sites.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
