Our client, a well-established and expanding company based in Caterham, is looking for an Administrator to support their busy operations team. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

?? Job Title: Administrator?? Salary: £25,000 - £31,000 DOE?? Location: Caterham? Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30

?What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing administrative support for reactive and planned maintenance, including compliance checks, documentation, material orders, and scheduling.
  • Managing financial admin tasks such as placing orders, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Monitoring maintenance requests, tracking progress, and keeping everything on schedule.Acting as a key point of contact for clients, engineers, and managers, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and general office administration professionally and efficiently.
  • Preparing invoices with precision and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Using Sage, Microsoft Office, and client portals to maintain accurate records and manage administrative processes.

About You:

?? Previous experience in administration, ideally within maintenance, construction, or facilities management.?? Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.?? Confident using Microsoft Office, in-house software and other applications. ?? A proactive and professional approach with strong problem-solving skills.?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.?? A team player who thrives in a busy and fast-paced environment.
