Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an enthusiastic administrator on behalf of a leading company based in Warlingham. We are seeking someone who has excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and have office banter at the same time! You must be a motivated individual with a 'cando’ attitude who can work well in within a team.

Duties:

  • Assist in delivering all aspects of administration - documentation, contracts, ordering materials, purchase orders etc.
  • Responsible for planning and managing engineers daily work schedule which will consist of reactive maintenance.
  • First line customer assistance - e.g., answering telephone calls/emails and dealing with customers/clients, re-directing calls where required.
  • Uploading and allocating documents to online systems
  • Keeping online systems up to date
  • Managing diaries

To be successful you'll possess:

  • Previous experience in a scheduling position is preferred
  • Confident, polite and well mannered
  • IT literate
  • Educated to GCSE level with C’s and above.
  • Must live locally.
