Day to Day of the Role:- Delivering engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils.
- Creating a nurturing classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.
- Planning, preparing, and assessing lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and participate in continuous professional development.
- Building strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community to support student learning.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
- A proven track record of creating a nurturing and stimulating educational experience.
- Excellent classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment.
- A collaborative spirit, able to work effectively with staff, parents, and the wider community.
