Are you passionate about shaping the futures of young learners? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Caterham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference, gain valuable classroom experience, and develop your teaching career in a fun and engaging environment!

What You’ll Be Doing:

? Delivering exciting and engaging lessons in the absence of the class teacher.? Creating a positive and nurturing learning environment where children feel happy and supported.? Encouraging creativity and participation to help pupils reach their full potential.? Managing classroom behaviour effectively while ensuring a safe and structured setting.? Supporting children with their learning tasks, offering guidance and encouragement.? Following lesson plans set by the teacher to maintain continuity in learning.? Providing feedback to staff on pupil progress and classroom experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

?? A passion for working with young children and supporting their learning journey.?? Great communication and classroom management skills to keep pupils engaged.?? A flexible and proactive attitude – every day is different in a primary school!?? Some experience working with children (whether in education, youth work, or similar).?? Knowledge of safeguarding in schools (or a willingness to learn).
