Sales Manager
Location: Warmington, Banbury (On-Site, Full-Time)
Salary: £45,000 + Bonus Scheme with OTE of £60k
Hours: 5 days per week across Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm & Sat-Sun 9am-4pm

As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Inspire & lead the sales team, driving them to exceed targets while maintaining exceptional standards.
- Analyse & improve performance by conducting monthly KPI reviews, sharing insights, and addressing key challenges with the Head of Sales.
- Support deal-making, working alongside the Business Manager to structure and finalise successful sales.
- Maximise profitability, using expert negotiation skills and a keen understanding of profit targets to drive revenue growth.
- Optimise pricing strategy, ensuring forecourt prices remain competitive and strategically positioned in the market.
- Enhance online visibility, ensuring every vehicle is professionally photographed and accurately listed—reporting any issues to Marketing.
- Maintain showroom excellence, auditing forecourt standards to create a premium retail environment that attracts and engages customers.
- Ensure stock accuracy, managing the correct model mix on the forecourt and aligning stock production with demand.
- Oversee trade vehicle sales, following company policies to ensure smooth transactions.
- Assess & underwrite stock, making informed decisions on part-exchange and new purchases to align with existing inventory.
- Maintain site security & safety, ensuring all vehicles are locked overnight and the site remains hazard-free.
- Create an engaging showroom experience, ensuring displays, brochures, and videos reflect a high-quality brand image.
- Uphold compliance & accuracy, reporting any non-conformances and working closely with the Compliance Officer on corrective actions.
- Streamline sales processes, ensuring documentation is completed correctly across all transactions.
- Enhance customer experience, ensuring every enquiry receives a personalised CitNOW video follow-up within 24 hours.
- Deliver VIP treatment, providing 'Built to Order' customers with a dedicated CitNOW video upon their vehicle’s arrival at HQ.
