Customer Service Advisor (Hybrid)

As a customer service advisor you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers helping them either over the phone and via other electronic formats with their queries regarding queries in regards to products they have purchased. Customer experience is extremely important to us and our clients, so it is essential that you understand and are able to deliver a great experience and service.

As a customer service advisor, you will possess excellent communication skills, be driven and want to provide a first class customer experience to all customers.

Good level of written and verbal skills is a must along with having previous customer service experience either within a face to face environment or within a call centre / office role.

The roles are shift based and will include some weekend work on a rotational basis. Our shift patterns operate between 8am to 7pm Monday through to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

You will initially be office based during your training / induction period however you will have the option of Hybrid working once you have completed your probation.

Salary and Benefits:
