What it's like to work here

Reporting to the Welcome Managers, you’ll be part of a team working at Stourhead. You will be working in our main Visitor Reception or one of our Garden entrances.

We are looking for 2 flexible team members who will be available to work between 1 and 4 days per week which will include regular weekend days.

On an annualised contract we utilise the hours to ensure we have enough cover during our busier times and reduce your working hours at our quieter times.

The salary is evenly spread over 12 months, equating to 15 hours per week.

What you'll be doing

Day to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. You’ll be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need so you can share the right information. Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can - no two days are the same.

Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide.  This role would suit anyone with enthusiasm for delivering great customer service.
