Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Warminster area, who are actively seeking to engage a Project Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis, working with an interesting range of products.
What you will be doing:
- Focusing on projects from new quote requests to commissioning and handover, using a bespoke database for data entry
- Raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, coordinating with delivery dates and checking deliveries and invoices
- Organising Engineer diaries and tasks and booking meetings with clients
- Auditing project documentation on completion
- Weekly reporting on projects and ongoing installation work
What you need in order to succeed
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Experience of diary management and managing schedules
- Excellent IT skills including Excel and a high level of accuracy
What you will receive :
- To 28,000 DOE
