Key Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:
- Assist students with varying learning needs
- Provide 1:2:1 or small group support to learners
- Promote positive behaviour and support classroom management
- Support the delivery of lessons and learning activities
- Oversee students during classroom activities
