RESPONSIBLE FOR:Supporting the commercial team with business initiatives and supply chain issues. Managing day-to-day administrative account tasks with the aim of eventually handling full customer-facing responsibilities. This includes account administration, pricing input, forecasting accuracy, and data analysis, in collaboration with the Supply Chain Team.
JOB PURPOSE:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers on account management, promotional execution, and planning.
- Drive project initiatives and understand financial targets.
- Support the Commercial function in managing Customer NPD, promotions, range changes, and projects.
- Ensure forecast accuracy and efficient delivery.
- Oversee the costing process with the Commercial Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demand planning and forecasting.
- Strengthen the S&OP process with Supply Chain and production teams.
- Improve communication links and processes.
- Build relationships with internal teams and Customer Supply Chain.
- Coordinate NPD, promotional activities, and seasonal forecasts.
- Act as a liaison between the Commercial and Operations teams.
- Provide data analysis and recommendations on promotional activities and projects.
- Manage the costing process and critical path.
