The Vehicle Technician Trainer position offers a starting salary of £36,000 and is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
The role is located in the South West Region, with potential locations including Tidworth, Lyneham, Warminster, Colerne, Larkhill, and Bulford.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an appropriate industry environment and a Vehicle Technician background, along with City & Guilds Part 3/NVQ L3 or an equivalent apprenticeship.
The ideal candidate should also possess knowledge of vehicle inspection processes MEI/MOT, with desirable qualifications including experience in an Army/Defence environment and a Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or Education & Training.
The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing training material, delivering learning, and supporting apprentices in achieving their qualifications.

Vehicle Technician Trainer - 36,000 starting salary, FTC 12 months, South West Region (locations may include, but are not limited to: Tidworth, Lyneham, Warminster, Colerne, Larkhill and Bulford). Pension & enhanced leave allowance available.

Required experience:

Essential

Vehicle Technician background
Minimum City & Guilds Part 3/NVQ L3 or Apprenticeship in Engineering Maintenance
Minimum 5 years' experience in an appropriate industry environment
Knowledge of vehicle inspection processes MEI/MOT

Desirable:

Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment
Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement/ Education & Training
