Client Details
My client is within the logistics industry with their head quarters based in Appleton Thorn. Their business has been established for 10 years + and aiming to grow the business by 50% next year. Due to continued growth they have an opening for a new AMA to join the team.
Description
- Preparation and analysis of 2 companies weekly P&L's
- Cashflow Forecasting & other KPI's
- Checking customer job rating and raising customer invoices once checked
- Management of the PO Log/PO System
- Inputting invoices raised on Delivery System into Sage and any other manual invoices
- Liaising with Operations team daily
- Assist with the production of monthly management accounts including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
Profile
- AAT / CIMA ACCA studier with experience
- Previous experience within a finance role required
- Out-going with professional attitude and appearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel
- Solid communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly organised
- High attention to detail
- Time management skills and ability to use initiative
- Passion to learn and develop their skills within Finance
Job Offer
- Salary circa £30k
- Plus study support towards AAT, followed by CIMA ACCA
- Study support is - materials and first sitting of exams, with the day before and day of the exam first sitting as paid time off
