Audit Assistant Manager

Overview:

LHH is collaborating with a reputable firm in Warrington in search of an experienced Audit Senior to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Audit Semi-Senior/Senior looking to advance their career.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the audit manager in planning, executing, and completing audit assignments.
  • Prepare management accounts.
  • Prepare statutory accounts, corporation tax calculations, and returns for limited companies and groups.
  • Prepare accounts for partnerships and sole traders, including drafting income tax calculations.
  • Support various compliance tasks, such as preparing VAT returns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Train and oversee junior staff members.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
