The firm's client base is nationwide, and it is steadily growing its Private Client and Corporate Tax Advisory offering to be able to provide the highest quality tax advice to its existing clients.The team are also looking to be able to bring in new portfolios of clients and respond to the high level of enquiries the firm receives due to its excellent reputation in the Tax Advisory world..Your new roleYour new role as Corporate and Private Client Tax Manager will be to provide high quality tax planning and tax efficiency advice across a range of specialist tax areas, including but not limited to:

  • Ownership Structures
  • Capital Allowances
  • Remuneration Planning
  • MBOs, demergers and partitions
  • EIS and SEIS
  • Residence and Domicile
  • Trusts and Estate Planning
  • EMI Schemes
  • Estate Management

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful as this Corporate/ Private Client Tax Advisory Manager, you will have some exposure to Corporate Tax advisory work within your existing firm or have an awareness of tax advisory work but be stuck in a tax compliance role currently. This firm has the flexibility to recruit at a number of levels in the corporate tax advisory area. CTA or ATT qualification would be beneficial but not essential as you could be qualified by experience and be ready to further your professional development, which this firm supports.What you'll get in returnIn return for this Corporate Tax Advisory job, you will receive a competitive basic salary with additional monthly bonus options, along with a generous annual bonus based on team and firm performance.
