Client Details

My client are a growing manufacturing business.

Description

  • Deliver monthly management accounts
  • Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and assist when required
  • Own support schedules/data (e.g. fixed asset registers, bank reconciliations, accrual/prepayment schedules)
  • Interrogate revenue reporting/system
  • Review VAT returns and assist with other tax work
  • Manage invoices payable system
  • Manage cashflow
  • Assist with audit fieldwork and review statutory accounts
  • Coordinate and review payroll
  • Manage finance team members (two direct reports)
  • Ensure bank loan compliance
  • Enhance processes to improve timeliness and quality of information

Profile

  • Qualified accountant
  • SME experience, sub £30m
  • Happy being hands on whilst also working with senior leaders & stakeholders
  • Proactive, able to take ownership, and be willing to lead and manage change
  • Team management experience

Job Offer

  • Salary circa £65,000-£75,000
