Description
- Deliver monthly management accounts
- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and assist when required
- Own support schedules/data (e.g. fixed asset registers, bank reconciliations, accrual/prepayment schedules)
- Interrogate revenue reporting/system
- Review VAT returns and assist with other tax work
- Manage invoices payable system
- Manage cashflow
- Assist with audit fieldwork and review statutory accounts
- Coordinate and review payroll
- Manage finance team members (two direct reports)
- Ensure bank loan compliance
- Enhance processes to improve timeliness and quality of information
Profile
- Qualified accountant
- SME experience, sub £30m
- Happy being hands on whilst also working with senior leaders & stakeholders
- Proactive, able to take ownership, and be willing to lead and manage change
- Team management experience
Job Offer
- Salary circa £65,000-£75,000
