Description
- Oversee and manage financial operations within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Completion of month end management accounts.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure full and detailed reconciliations are completed monthly on all key areas of revenue and costs across your divisions.
- Evaluate financial performance and make long-term forecasts.
- Comply with financial regulations and legislation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the Accounting & Finance team.
- Collaborate with top management to make sound financial decisions.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- CIMA/ACCA Part Qualified or qualified by experience.
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant in the Logistics industry.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Full UK Driving License
- High-level numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
- Business Partnering Experience.
