The Role

As a Management Accountant, you will be pivotal in providing financial insights and driving performance across the business. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing detailed management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Conducting cost analysis and identifying opportunities for cost-saving initiatives.
  • Preparing financial reports for senior leadership to inform key business decisions.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaising with operational teams to provide financial support and insight.
  • Monitoring cash flow and preparing financial models as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Flexible Working Arrangement

This role offers a balanced approach to office and home working. Initially, you will work four days in the office and one day from home, transitioning to three days in the office and two from home after two months.
