Our client is a leading player in the or field with a T/O of over £200m With and an ambitious growth strategy, this role is highly suited to an individual with a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The role:

  • Overseeing and timely compilation of the monthly management accounts complete with commentary
  • Overseeing and managing the Balance Sheet ensuring all accounts are reconciled, tracked and reported on.
  • Management of the company's cash flow models
  • Creation of the yearly financial budget, quarterly forecasts and financial projections
  • Working closely with the sales and purchase ledger to ensure accurate MI
  • Management of all manufacturer and customer rebates
  • Reviewing finance processes to identify efficiencies
  • Work closely with all functions of the business to ensure tight control of all overhead areas and finance processes including fleet and fixed assets
  • Working closely with external auditors on statutory and internal audit reports, ensuring recommendations are implemented where appropriate
  • Adhoc reporting for senior management
  • Internal audit

Skills/experience required:

The successful candidate will be qualified (CIMA /ACCA or equivalent) or close to qualification with an ambitious and positive attitude to develop. Other key attributes include:
