Description

Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and cost control to drive profitability
Partner with Site Management to enhance operational and financial performance
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
Oversee SAP systems and IT operations for seamless financial reporting
Manage and develop a high-performing finance team

Profile

Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA)
Proven experience in manufacturing finance
Strong expertise in SAP, financial reporting, and cost control
Excellent analytical, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills

Job Offer

Salary circa £70,000-£80,000, experience dependent
Discretionary bonus based on personal & company performance
25 days holiday plus bank holidays & the option to buy an additional 5
Hybrid working, minimum 3 days per week in the office
