This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic individual, with manufacturing experience, to take a key finance role on a strategically invaluable site for a thriving business and oversee its continued success. As the financial lead for the Warrington site, you'll be overseeing all financial operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with regulations.

You'll be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, making sure they meet corporate and statutory requirements. Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling will be key aspects of the role, helping to drive business objectives while identifying cost-saving opportunities through variance analysis.

You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance financial performance and support strategic decision-making. Managing cash flow, capital expenditure, and working capital will be crucial, alongside ensuring strict adherence to financial policies and internal controls.

Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals, you'll foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
