This role is crucial in supporting a team of Safeguarding and Quality Officers who work closely with local care providers to support service improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role and be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.Day-to-day of the role:- Provide administrative support to the Safeguarding and Quality Officers.- Take legally defensible minutes during meetings.- Organise and support various meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.- Monitor email inboxes, transferring information to appropriate files and folders efficiently.- Maintain high standards of data management and confidentiality.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in an administrative role.- Excellent minute-taking skills with attention to detail.- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.- Proficient in using office software and email management.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent communication skills.
