Integra People are a multi sector recruitment agency, due to continued growth we are now looking to expand our administration department.
Integra People鈥檚 Office / Payroll Administrators provide clerical and administrative support, to our sales and recruitment teams as well as act as the general head office administration team. Business Administrators report to the Business Support Manager and are often also responsible for specific projects, as well as coordinating and implementing office procedures, best practice and audit compliance.
General Duties:
路 General word processing
路 Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
路 Using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spread sheets and databases.
路 Payroll
路 Client invoicing
路 Updating and maintaining the internal (Eclipse) database
路 Devising and maintain office systems
路 Attending meetings and taking minutes
路 Audit compliance within with REC guidelines and Government legislation as well as implementing the standards of the REC鈥檚 code of practice
路 Liaising with members of staff in other departments or external contacts
路 Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
路 Photocopying documents & filing
路 Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required
路 Always represent the business in a professional manner, maintain the quality standards of the business and never bring the company brand into disrepute.
Experience:
路 Strong experience with excel, e.g. pivot tables.
路 Good understanding of PAYE and Umbrella
路 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bonus points for:
路 Experience with Eclipse software
路 Familiarity with the recruitment industry
