Are you an administrator with demonstratable secretarial and administrative experience working at a senior level? If so, join Arbury Court as the Nursing Resource Administrator, where you will be supporting the Nursing department in maintaining a high standard of day-to-day operational service delivery.

Liasing with the Ward Managers, you will be key in supporting the organisation an co-ordination of staff in the Nursing Department including ensuring that all staff shortages are identified and bank or agency staff are booked to maintain appropriate levels of staff on the wards.

As a Nursing Resource Administrator, you will be:

  • Operating a system which provides information about staff availability for both employed staff and bank staff. Ensure all contact details are up to date so that staff can be contacted.
  • Establishing a database for the staff off duties.
  • Circulating off duty to Senior Nurse on call and Ward Managers prior to the weekend
  • Monitoring and managing agency usage in regard to booking, checking and authorising invoices, authorising timesheets.
  • Providing administration cover for the administration department as and when required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
  • Administration experience 
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office preferred)
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Plan and prioritise workload
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Efficient organisational skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare business
  • Appreciation of Data Protection Act

Location: Arbury Court, Townfield Lane, Winwick, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 8TR 

Join the multidisciplinary team at Arbury Court and provide care and treatment for adult women in medium, and low secure, and psychiatric intensive care PICU) environments, who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions.  

Rehabilitation and recovery at Arbury Court focuses on care being ‘person-centred’ as opposed to ‘disease-centred’.  

The service is located just off the M62 jnc 9 in Winwick, which benefits from good transport links, making it easy to commute to from most local areas between Liverpool and Manchester.
