An amazing opportunity for an electrical or mechanical graduate aspiring to play a pivotal role in a green industry as a Solar Design Engineer. Ideal for someone enthusiastic about learning and progressing with an interest in the forever growing and fast paced renewables. This role will give you the opportunity to learn directly from senior designers who are passionate about upskilling their tight knit team.
The successful graduate will be working with senior designers to deliver on both commercial and domestic projects. This fast paced role will not only give you the opportunity to work on state of the art renewable drawings but also give you an opportunity to be client facing and consult with customers. Your role as a Solar Designer will include:
* Designing Solar PV systems
* Liaise with clients in regards to their designs
* Undertake initial yield assessments of potential solar sites
The successful Solar Designer will have:
* Previous solar design experience beneficial - Open Solar/PVsol
* Interest in Renewables/Solar
* Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineering qualifications desirable
