Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, they are seeking aPre-Construction Managerwith a mechanical bias to join their team. This role is critical for the development and planning of new projects, ensuring smooth transitions from concept through to execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the pre-construction phase for M&E projects, managing the planning, estimating, and design stages to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to gather project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.

  • Provide mechanical expertise in early-stage project planning, working with design and engineering teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.

  • Prepare detailed project budgets, risk assessments, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
