You will also be expected to develop, plan and challenge methodologies and programs. Also demonstrate experience of managing design inputs in to bids. Also from a marketing input be able to develop USPs to help win bids.Ideally you will have 10 - 15 years experience in the civil engineering sector, 5 of which within Pre-Construction and have experience with wide ranging clients and projects having developed great partnering and sub contractor relationships.
