An established, family run business seek an exceptional sales director to join their ranks as part of the ongoing ambitious growth journey.
The company is an inspired brand of contemporary bathroom products supplying retailers and merchants nationwide. This is in addition to the specification market working with architects, interior designers and property developers. The company has an excellent reputation in the market and is well regarded for its product innovation, outstanding service and distribution fulfilment.
The business has a five year strategic plan and is realistically aiming for double digit growth year-on-year with a view to turnover exceeding the 25m mark. As part of this exciting growth journey they need a high-achieving sales director to provide and drive the sales strategies and to lead a national sales team of driven individuals that would benefit from ongoing coaching and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, Coach, Manage and Maintain a team of 10+ sales professionals compromising of area sales managers, specification sales and internal sales.
- Devise, develop and execute the sales strategy
- Seek out major clients and forge strong working relationships
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role with track record of delivering results and driving growth
- Must be highly analytical and data driven
- Experience in the KBB sector is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in sales technology and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) to streamline processes, improve efficiencies and drive informed decision-making.
Location
This role has a nationwide remit so applicants will be considered across the UK. However, the preferred candidate will be able to commit to a minimum of one day a week at the Head Office in the Warrington area.
Benefits
Salary: 85,000 to 100,000 depending on experience
Car or Car Allowance (executive level car / allowance)
Realistic and Generous uncapped bonus scheme (monthly and annual)
