As Sales Manager, youll play a key role in the Coatings, Construction, and Polyurethane (Performance Products) division. Your primary goal will be to nurture existing relationships and drive sales in established markets, while actively identifying growth opportunities in new sectors. Building strong relationships, applying consultative sales techniques, and establishing credibility will be critical to your success.

About You:

  • Around 5+ years of experience in specialty chemicals distribution.
  • A background in chemistry is advantageous, but experience and know-how (QBE) can also shine.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK Coatings and Adhesives (CASE) markets.
  • Decisive, proactive, and driven to succeed, with excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Thrives in an autonomous environment, enjoys customer engagement, and has a flair for commercial success.
  • Committed to continuous professional development (CPD).
