Accounts Receivable Assistant - Warrington

I'm delighted to be exclusively partnered with one of our longest-standing clients, a professional services firm based in Warrington.

Due to an increase in workload, they are in need of an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join the well-established finance team. This could lead to future opportunities for the right candidate. The role will initially be office based during the training period, with the option of hybrid following this.

This will be a fast-paced role - key duties listed below:

  • Raising and processing of customer sales invoices
  • Assist with credit control - chasing customer payments via telephone and email
  • Track debtor list
  • Support senior management with month end processes
  • Ad-hoc support to the wider finance team

In order to be considered for this role you must:

  • Have at least 3 year's experience in a similar role
  • Strong IT skills - including Excel and ideally ERP knowledge
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to handle a fast-paced workload
