Adaptable Recruitment is supporting a well-established business in their search for a Finance Administrator. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in finance administration, general administration, or recent graduates in business or finance-related disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely data on costs, revenue, margins, and project performance.
  • Manage and maintain job codes within internal financial systems.
  • Process and review weekly timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate and issue invoices to clients, following up on any outstanding queries to ensure timely payments.
  • Provide financial and administrative support to operational teams and project managers.
  • Collaborate with finance colleagues to ensure smooth reporting and financial operations.
  • Assist during the annual financial audit and other periodic reviews.
  • Carry out additional ad-hoc administrative and finance-related tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience using Outlook and Teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a multi-project, multi-discipline environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adaptable to take on specific finance or administrative projects as required.
