Adaptable Recruitment is supporting a well-established business in their search for a Finance Administrator. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in finance administration, general administration, or recent graduates in business or finance-related disciplines.

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely data on costs, revenue, margins, and project performance.
- Manage and maintain job codes within internal financial systems.
- Process and review weekly timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Generate and issue invoices to clients, following up on any outstanding queries to ensure timely payments.
- Provide financial and administrative support to operational teams and project managers.
- Collaborate with finance colleagues to ensure smooth reporting and financial operations.
- Assist during the annual financial audit and other periodic reviews.
- Carry out additional ad-hoc administrative and finance-related tasks as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience using Outlook and Teams.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a multi-project, multi-discipline environment is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Adaptable to take on specific finance or administrative projects as required.
