Description

  • Processing high volume invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements.
  • Assisting in month-end procedures.
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring payments are made accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date ledgers.
  • Working closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • AAT Qualification would be beneficial.
  • Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk role or similar is essential.
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
