  • Personal Assistant to Director
  • Various administrative duties for the team

  • Maintain customer contact lists and files
  • Order office supplies
  • Chase outstanding invoices
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience as an administrator
  • Attention to detail and able to multi-task
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • MS Office experience
