Role Profile:

The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing co-working and serviced offices, conducting viewings, managing client agreements, and fostering a vibrant community within the business centre. They will be responsible for driving profitability within the building, utilising the working spaces, café and running incentives and gatherings to maximise income.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Market co-working and serviced offices, including managing social media presence.
  • Conduct viewings for the serviced offices and co-working spaces.
  • Sign up licence agreements with new clients and manage renewals.
  • Handle invoicing and payment collection for co-working and serviced office clients.
  • Cover reception duties part-time, potentially 1-2 days a week.
  • Address day-to-day tenant queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage building maintenance matters.
  • Organise regular events and community-building activities.
  • Assist with the operations of the on-site cafe business.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the property sector.
