**What You Will Do:**

- Lead and implement paint manufacturing activities ensuring alignment with HSE requirements, customer expectations, and plant objectives.

- Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) process, including KPIs, procedural reviews, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional HSE objectives, producing parts that meet customer specifications.

- Organize and manage the painting area, promoting high standards of maintenance and cleanliness.

**What You Will Bring:**

- A degree in Engineering, with a preference for a specialization in Chemical Engineering.

- Demonstrated knowledge of quality, and supply chain/flows management best practices.

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

- A track record of successful team management and development.

- Experience in supporting new program development and participating in assessments.
