Your new companyWe are working in partnership with a large Housing Association / Letting service in the Warrington area. They are looking to recruit staff on a hybrid working basis to help in their Customer Resolution team. This is a fast-paced working environment which will see you solve complex queries and complaints of a housing / letting nature. The Housing Association services the whole North West and helps different councils to manage their extensive property portfolio. Your new roleThe position is being offered full-time Monday to Friday with a hybrid model in place working from home 2 to 3 days per week. Working hours are from 08:30am to 17:00pm. Some of your duties will include but not limited to.

  • Responsible for the logging and investigation of all new complaints ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the complaints process to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with Complaints and Quality Assurance Officer and Team Manager to ensure a seamless complaints process is delivered.
  • Liaise with tenants / maintenance engineers / internal team in order to investigate complaint points raised.department.
  • Provide information as and when required to contribute towards comprehensive reports to support investigations and suggest final responses to the team where appropriate.
  • Highlight any operational risks identified during the complaints handling process to the compliance team
