What will you do? Make an impact!

Join our team to help maximise revenue and profitability from the allocated account portfolio, by successfully selling the services of Tradebe in its entirety.

* To ensure customer retention through excellent telephone relationship skills, to develop new opportunity and maintain best in class customer service;* Develop and maintain a clear understanding of products and service opportunities;* Proactively identifying business and sales opportunities when talking to customers and seeking additional revenue for the company;* Responding to requests for quotation in coordination with the technical assessment department and the pricing desk, or utilising pricing tools available (eg pricing app);* Proactively following up on quotations; * Sales orders generation and coordination with Customer Service Representatives to ensure service is delivered in line with the customer expectations;* Generating repeat orders from the customer portfolio.

Do you have what it takes?

* Experience of driving sales through cold calling and appointment setting for the field sales team;* Experience of qualification of the new leads and prospects and conversion into customer accounts;* Maintain and grow a quality pipeline utilising C4C CRM;* Generate weekly activity report.
