We are seeking a an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service team member to join our team in Warrington. This associate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers by providing an expectational level of customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Description

  • Managing all customer relationships acting as a first point of contact for customers.
  • Providing product information and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face.
  • Liaise with other departments within the business to offer a well-rounded service to the customers.
  • Quotation management, producing accurate quotations based on customer requests.
  • Process customer orders timely and accurately.
  • Maintaining professionalism and ensuring customer needs are met.
  • A deep understanding of the company's products allows for more effective customer service.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Team Member should have:
