People Solutions are looking for a Class 1 Driver for our client based in Warrington.

Rates of Pay

• Weekdays £15.00 per hour
• Weekend days £18.00 per hour
• Weeknights £18.00 per hour
• Weekend nights £20.00 per hour

Day to Day Duties

• Trunking to well know retail distributors
• No loading or unloading required
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management

Essential Skills

• Hold a valid UK Category CE Driving Licence
• Have a minimum of two years' experience driving Class 1 vehicles
• No more than six penalty points and no major endorsement codes
• Have a valid UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card
• Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills
• Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations
• Effective communication skills

Desirable Experience

• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage

Training

• Fully paid induction provided
