Job Description:
As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to their designated locations. Your primary duties will include driving commercial vehicles, adhering to traffic laws and regulations, conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and ensuring timely deliveries. Attention to detail, safe driving practices, and excellent time management skills are essential for this role.
Pay Rate:
£140 per shift Monday - Friday
£160 per shift Saturday - Sunday
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Class 1 driving license
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Class 1 driver
- Good knowledge of Warrington and surrounding areas
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends or evenings if required
