CLASS 2 DRIVER - ROTATING SHIFTS

WEEK 1: WORK 4 DAYS ON THEN 3 DAYS OFF

WEEK 2: WORK 4 DAYS ON THEN 3 DAYS OFF

WEEK 3: WORK 4 DAYS ON THEN 2 DAYS OFF

VARIOUS START TIMES AVALIABLE BUT INCLUDES WEEKEND WORKING

£15.45 - £23.81 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for a Class 2 Driver for our client based in Warrington to work rotating shifts.

Rates of Pay

• £15.45 per hour basic
• £23.81 overtime after 45 hours

Day to Day Duties

• Working rotating shifts
• Driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Complete 6-7 product deliveries to various stores across the UK daily
• Ensure all loads are maintained at the correct temperatures throughout the journey
• Safely unload cages using a tail lift and deliver them into stores
• Take photos to document successful deliveries
• Address any customer concerns and promptly report them to your line manager

Essential Skills

• At least 12 months of experience as a Class 2 driver.
• Must hold a valid UK Category C Driving Licence
• Must hold a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
• No more than six points for minor offences (no DR10, DG10, IN10, or TT99)
• No major endorsements
• Strong customer service skills

Desirable Experience

• Familiarity with cage and temperature-controlled deliveries is a plus

Training

• First-day assessment followed by two weeks of training alongside a permanent staff member
