Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver (Ltd) to join our client in Warrington on a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have some prior experience with HGV class 1 driving, and will be comfortable with trunking, collections, and coupling and uncoupling box trailers.
Key Requirements:
Valid Class 1 HGV License: Minimum of 6 months of driving experience with a Class 1 HGV (C+E).
Experience: Some experience as a HGV driver, with a solid understanding of trunking, collections, and trailer coupling/uncoupling.
Valid CPC Qualification: Must hold a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
Digital Tachograph Card: Required for driving tachograph-equipped vehicles.
Safety-Conscious: Ability to follow all legal and safety regulations for road transport.
Flexible and Reliable: Willingness to work day shifts, with good timekeeping and commitment.
Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Pay:
Rate: £180 per shift (Ltd contractor rate).
