Job Title: Chef

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality dishes while adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to minimise waste and control costs.
- Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation before they leave the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- An in-date Enhanced DBS is essential for this role
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
