- We are seeking a Kronos Analyst for a 6-month remote contract position.

Technical Skills
- WFC Configuration: Proficient in setting up and configuring Kronos to meet deployment and operational needs, including business structure, pay policies, accruals, scheduler setup, and employee self-service (ESS) configuration.
- System Integration: Experienced in monitoring system integrations, including imports from - Human Resource Information Systems and exports to payroll systems.
- Data Management: Skilled in working with large datasets while ensuring data integrity.
- Hardware Management: Capable of configuring Intouch/DX devices, performing firmware updates, and troubleshooting issues.
Workforce Management Knowledge
- Time and Attendance: Strong understanding of timekeeping policies, rules, and compliance.
- Scheduling: Familiar with scheduling processes, shift planning functions, and forecasting.
- Payroll: Knowledgeable about complex payroll processes, calculations, and integrations.
- Absence Management: Understanding of absence rules, policies, calculations, and integrations.
Experience
- Preferred experience with WFC or Dimension.
- Minimum of 2 years in providing IT support.
- Proven ability to produce both technical and non-technical documentation.
