As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a key role in expanding market presence. This role involves managing your own pipeline, engaging with letting agents, securing new B2B deals, and driving revenue growth.
This position is ideal for a consultative and tenacious salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for closing deals. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams, receiving continuous coaching and development to maximise your potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with letting agents and property professionals to sell an award-winning platform.
- Prospecting through cold calling, networking, and social selling to generate high-quality leads and book meetings.
- Conducting face-to-face and virtual meetings to demonstrate platform benefits.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Working towards ambitious targets with the support of a motivated and energetic team.
- Ensuring a seamless transition of new accounts to the Account Management team after three months.
Who You Are:
A confident, results-driven individual with a natural ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and close deals. You should possess:
