Description
The Marketing Communications Manager role will involve:
- Develop and implement communication strategies in line with company goals
- Manage marketing campaigns and track their success
- Work closely with Head of HR, and MD on internal communications plans
- Promote brand awareness through various channels
- Coordinate with other departments for cross-promotion strategies
- Prepare detailed media activity reports
- Manage external relationships with agency partners, and freelancers
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers
- Report on marketing campaign performance and ROI
Profile
A successful Marketing Communications Manager should have:
- 4+ years experience in B2B Marketing
- Experience in sectors including manufacturing and production, energy, or renewables would be preferred - but not essential.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong track record or running multi channel marketing campaigns, across digital and traditional channels.
- Exposure to running internal communications plans.
- Experience managing external marketing agencies, and freelancers including Graphic Designers.
- Experience with design software, including Canva, is desirable.
- Proficiency with Google tools including Google Analytics, and Adwords is desirable.
- Previous experience managing tradeshows and events.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
